David Dubinsky

Chief Financial Officer

David Dubinsky is a Managing Director and serves as the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dubinsky oversees the accounting and client reporting functions of the Firm. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance of the Firm’s product lines in accordance with their respective agreements. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2000, Mr. Dubinsky was a Manager within the Assurance & Advisory Business Services department at Ernst and Young, LLP where he managed the audit process for investment partnerships with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital funds.  In addition, he verified compliance with the standards of the Association of Investment Management & Research “AIMR” for various investment strategies.

Mr. Dubinsky holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
