Dmitry Piskulov

Vice President

Dmitry Piskulov joined Russia Partners as a Vice President in July 2006, primarily covering the financial services industry. Prior to joining Russia Partners, Mr. Piskulov was an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, where he was the lead Analyst on all insurance companies and a number of banks in Russia and the CIS. Prior to joining Fitch Ratings, Mr. Piskulov worked as an Associate Banker for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he was responsible for the sourcing, due diligence, structuring, signing and monitoring of a number of EBRD’s financial sector investments in Russia.

Mr. Piskulov holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Moscow State University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
