Farit Fazylzyanov

Director

Farit Fazylzyanov joined Russia Partners as a Director in September 2011.  Before joining Russia Partners, Mr. Fazylzyanov served as the First Deputy General Director of Svyazinvestneftekhim, a Russian investment company focused on investments in a variety of sectors including financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, and energy and petrochemicals.  Previously, from 2003 through 2010, Mr. Fazylzyanov served as the Deputy Minister and, later, the Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan, a government agency dedicated to telecommunications development in Russia.  Prior to this, Mr. Fazylzyanov was the Director of IT at Tatenergo and ELAZ.  He also worked in an IT management role at KAMAZ.

Mr. Fazylzyanov holds a B.Sc. in Computer Systems Design and Production from the Kazan State Technical University and an M.B.A. in Information Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
