Igor Borisov

Financial Advisor

Igor Borisov joined AisT, a Russia Partners II portfolio company, as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1999 and was General Director of the company from 1996 to 1999. AisT is a regional telecommunications provider, based in Togliatti, in the Volga region. Mr. Borisov also sits on the board of directors of two other Russia Partners portfolio companies, Iskra Telecom and WestCall Telecommunications, and is actively involved in the firm’s telecom acquisition due diligence. Prior to joining AisT, from 1992 to 1995, Mr. Borisov worked as the General Director of Ada, a construction company in the Volga region.

Mr. Borisov holds a B.A. from Togliatti University. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Borisov served as the Deputy of the Togliatti City Council.
