Jarrad Krulick

Tax Manager

Jarrad Krulick is a Tax Manager at Siguler Guff. Mr. Krulick is responsible for ensuring tax compliance for all of the Firm’s funds as well as for the management companies.  Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Krulick worked as a Manager of International Tax Reporting for the Interpublic Group of Companies. At Interpublic he was responsible for overseeing the income tax provision calculations and financial statement reporting of income taxes for the company’s various foreign subsidiaries. Previously, he was a Tax Manager in the Lead Tax Services Group at Deloitte Tax, LLP where he provided tax compliance and planning services to private equity funds and multinational private and publicly traded corporations.

Mr. Krulick holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
