Michael McAtavey

Associate

Michael McAtavey is an Investment Associate at Siguler Guff, with involvement in due diligence, investment evaluation and portfolio monitoring for the Firm's Russian investment operations.  Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, Mr. McAtavey was an Associate at Anka Funds' Real Estate Opportunity Fund, where he analyzed investments in distressed multifamily assets.  Previously, Mr. McAtavey worked as an Associate in the Equity Research Division at Alfa Bank in Moscow, Russia, where he advised institutional investors on Russian, Ukrainian and Kazakh equities.

Mr. McAtavey holds a B.A. in History and Russian Studies from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
