Oleg Svintsitski

Senior Vice President

Oleg Svintsitski joined Siguler Guff in 2008 and serves as a Senior Vice President.  Mr. Svintsitski brings 15 years of expertise in international entrepreneurial development and investment experience in Eastern Europe and the United States.  Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Svintsitski was part of the investment team at EDF Ventures, an early-stage technology and health care VC fund.  Prior to that, he worked at Glencoe Capital, a middle-market buyout firm.  Previously, Mr. Svintsitski was a co-founder and manager of several start-up companies in medical devices and biotechnology, internet services, and wholesale distribution in the United States and in Russia.

Mr. Svintsitski holds a M.S. degree with High Distinction from the Moscow Aviation Institute, a M.S. in Operations Research from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
