Vladimir Andrienko

Managing Director

Vladimir Andrienko joined Russia Partners as a Managing Director in January 1998.  Mr. Andrienko is the head of the Firm’s Moscow office and sits on the Russia Partners’ Investment Committee along with Messrs. Guff and Siguler.  From 1993 to 1997, he was with Price Waterhouse in Washington, D.C. and Moscow, ultimately becoming a Partner in charge of the firm's Corporate Finance department in Moscow. Prior to joining Price Waterhouse, he was Vice President of Foreign Sales Development and Finance at Gazprom from 1988 to 1991. From 1982 to 1988, he was Assistant to the Minister at the Russian Ministry of Gas.

Mr. Andrienko holds a B.A. from Moscow State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Andrienko currently serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of companies in Russia Partners' portfolio.
